| 1. Delivery Times
At Procheer we aim to deliver all products ordered (assuming they are in stock) within 7 working days of receipt of payment. If for any reason the products do not arrive within the stated delivery times, Procheer will not accept responsibility for late delivery. However we will keep our customers informed of any delays.
2. Delivery Prices
Prices quoted include delivery, unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery Location We will only deliver to the card holders postal address. This is to prevent fraudulent orders as is designed to make your online shopping more secure. If the delivery address given does not match the card holders address we may contact the customer to ascertain the correct address before we will proceed with the order. If we are not satisfied with the validity of details given we may refund any payment made back to the card and cancel the order. Upon doing so email confirmation will be sent to the customer with an explanation of why the action was taken.
4. Title of Goods The goods remain the property of Procheer until the items have been paid for in full and delivery has been made.
5. Your Right to Cancel You have a right to cancel your order up until 24 hours before despatch.
6. Our Right to Cancel Prior to you receiving order confirmation from ourselves via email. In general we reserve all rights to cancel any order we feel is:
· Fraudulent
· Contains incorrect information, such as name, address, order details.
· Where the delivery address is not the same as the card holder address.
· Any order that is required for shipping outside the UK.
In exceptional circumstances we also reserve the right to cancel any order up until the time of despatch. In the event that this may happen we will contact the customer in advance explaining why the order will be cancelled. Any payments made for such items will be refunded in full.
7. Payment
We currently accept payment by credit card and debit card.

8. Complaints and Grievances
We aim to provide a first class service for our customers, however we understand that on occasion mistakes can be made and misunderstandings arrise. If you have a particular grievance or a problem with your order please dont hesitate to contact ussales@procheer.co.uk quoting your order reference if you have one and your postcode by email to Please clearly state your concern and a representative will contact you as soon as is humanly possible.
9. Site Security
At Procheer we made it policy to not take credit card payments directly through our site. As you may be aware accepting credit card payments is fraught with problems, not least of which could lead to your details being intercepted over the internet.
The Procheeer website does not store or transmit any credit card information. The only details we request are:
· your name
· address
· phone number
· email address
All our payment transactions are undertaken by a 128bit secure server system maintained by Worldpay Ltd, a very well established internet merchant trading service which handles millions of transactions by customers on the internet all over the world. Once you have decided to purchase your item, your name and address etc will be transferred to their systems where you will be prompted to enter your card details in a secure environment. This can be checked by making sure your browser displays a Locked Padlock in the bottom right hand of the window.
10. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Items that we despatch are always checked to be of satisfactory quality before we send them. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any non-faulty items returned.
If you need to return an item, we request that you email us in advance so that we can allocate a returns number for the item. We also request that you state any problem you may have with the item.
The responsibility for the return of goods lies with the buyer (the customer). Any damages, losses or costs incurred due to return of goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once returned; items will be checked for the defects stated. If no defect is found the re-stocking fee will apply.
All items that we supply come with a 12 month return to base warranty.
In general refunds are given at managers discretion.
